Comprised of 53 private beds, theMed/Surg Unit is orchestrated from two distinct nursing stations located on the North (Medical) and South (Post-Surgical) ends of the facility. A team of RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s and unit coordinators provide 24 hour comprehensive care to a wide range of patients. The South Wing includes the two bed sleep lab for the monitoring of sleep disturbances. Encompassed within the Medical Wing is an outpatient infusion service for chemotherapy, blood transfusion, and other infusion therapies. This unit also provides both in and out patient wound care in conjunction with the Rehabilitation Department.
