Comprised of 4 Board Certified Family Practice Physicians and one Nurse Practitioner, McDowell Community Health Services provides medical care to all ages at two locations: 26 Thomason Street in Old Fort (Old Fort Medical Clinic) and 83 West Medical Court (Mountain Family Health). Offices are open for full-service Family Medicine Monday through Friday by appointment, or walk-in.
